Are there different kinds of asthma?

My son was diagnosed with asthma a few months ago, and we're still trying to understand everything about it. His doctor mentioned different triggers and types, which made me wonder. Are there actually distinct kinds of asthma, or is it just one condition with varying severity?

Yes, there are different types like allergic, exercise-induced, and occupational asthma.

Bro, yes. I have exercise-induced asthma, so I only wheeze when I hit the gym hard or run fast. My cousin has allergic asthma which flares up during dust storms. It really depends on what triggers it for you.

Yes, there are multiple types. I tried drinking warm turmeric milk and ginger honey tea for years to soothe my breathing, which helps with mild allergy symptoms, but for actual asthma attacks, you absolutely must keep a doctor-prescribed inhaler handy.

Please get this checked properly. I ignored my cough and tightness for months thinking it was just a normal pollution allergy, and ended up in the emergency room with a severe attack. There are different types, so let a pulmonologist diagnose you early.

I used to panic every winter thinking my breathing trouble was something terminal, but it was just cold-induced asthma. Once my doctor explained the types and gave me a preventive inhaler, my life became totally normal and stress-free.
