Are strawberries good for type 2 diabetes?

My doctor recently diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes, and I'm trying to make healthier food choices. I like strawberries and was hoping to include them in my diet, but I'm not sure if they're good for managing blood sugar.

My dad has type 2 diabetes and we were so confused about what fruits to give him. Strawberries are actually great because they have a very low glycemic index. We just chop a few into his morning oats and it works beautifully without spiking his sugar.

If you have a sweet tooth but need to manage your sugar, strawberries are an absolute savior, buddy! They are super sweet but surprisingly low in sugar. I have them with a little unsweetened cream when my late-night dessert cravings hit.

Hello, my mother was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and we are trying to plan her diet. Is it okay for her to eat strawberries daily, or should we limit them to only once or twice a week? I am still trying to understand all this.

I used to panic and snatch the bowl away when my diabetic uncle touched any sweet fruit. But after consulting our family doctor, we found out strawberries are extremely safe and actually recommended. Now we let him eat them without any stress.

Haan, bilkul achhe hain type 2 diabetes ke liye, tension mat lo na. Inka glycemic load bohot low hota hai, toh sugar levels control mein hi rehte hain. Bas dhyaan rakhna ki frozen packing wale sugar syrupy strawberries mat le lena.

I managed to bring my HbA1c down from 8.2 to 5.9 recently through strict diet control. Strawberries were my go-to fruit during this phase because they gave me that fresh, sweet taste without ruining my blood sugar readings. Highly recommend them.

I have tried everything from neem juice to bitter gourd for diabetes, but lifestyle and smart food choices are what really work. Strawberries have great fiber which slows down glucose absorption. Eat a small bowl of them daily, it is much better than starving.
