Are strawberries good after vomiting?

I had a stomach bug yesterday and vomited a few times. I'm feeling a little better now and craving something light and fresh, so I was thinking about having some strawberries. Are they good to eat after vomiting?

I'd stay away from them immediately after vomiting. The natural acids in strawberries might irritate your sensitive stomach lining right now. Stick to electoral water or coconut water to get your electrolytes back up first, then eat solid fruits later.

They might be too acidic for a freshly upset stomach, honestly. Try a gentle walk around the room to ease the nausea, and sip some warm ginger water instead. Once your stomach settles down completely, you can try some light fruits.

When my kids throw up, I never give them strawberries or sour fruits because the acid makes them vomit again. Give them light rice water or some basic khichdi after a few hours when their stomach feels settled. Keep it very simple.

Vomiting can lead to quick dehydration, so please be careful. Acidic fruits like strawberries might trigger more nausea, so skip them for now. If you keep vomiting and can't even hold water down, please consult a doctor immediately.

Don't eat strawberries right now, buddy. Your stomach lining is raw from the vomiting and those little seeds and acid will only irritate it more. Just sip some plain water or simple ORS and lie down for a bit. You'll feel better soon.
