Are strawberries bad for your liver?

My husband has some liver issues, so we are very careful about our diet at home. I read somewhere that some fruits can be hard on the liver, and now I'm wondering if strawberries fall into that category.

Hey, chill out, strawberries are absolutely not bad for your liver. In fact, they are packed with antioxidants like vitamin C which actually help protect liver cells from damage. Eat them without any worry, they are great for you.

Actually yaar, strawberries are super good for the liver! They have these natural compounds that help reduce fat buildup in the liver, which is great if you have fatty liver issues. Just wash them properly before eating to get rid of pesticides.

Not at all bad. Strawberries contain anthocyanins and organic acids that support liver function and protect against oxidative stress. They are a great addition to a liver-friendly diet, just make sure to wash them thoroughly.
