Are smoothies good for vomiting?

My son had a stomach bug yesterday and was vomiting a lot. He's feeling a bit better now but doesn't want to eat anything heavy. Would a light smoothie be okay for him to get some energy back, ya avoid karna chahiye?

Actually smoothies are too heavy for an upset stomach, yaar. If you're already vomiting, dairy and thick fruits will probably make you feel worse. Just stick to light coconut water or simple ORS until your stomach settles down a bit.

When the stomach is in turmoil, we should give it complete rest. Instead of complex smoothies which are hard to digest, try sipping warm water infused with a little ginger juice and mint. Once the body's internal energy stabilizes, you can slowly transition to light solid foods.

Trust me, cleaning a banana-strawberry smoothie off the floor is much worse than cleaning just water. If your stomach is doing flips, don't load it with a heavy blender mix. Give your tummy a break and stick to plain lime water for today!

Nahi beta, vomiting me heavy cheezein mat khao. Pet dukhne lagega aur. Thoda sa dahi ki patli lassi ya nimbu pani lijiye, usse mann ko achha lagega aur sharir me paani ki kami bhi nahi hogi.

Vomiting can cause rapid dehydration, so fluid intake is crucial, but thick smoothies might trigger the gag reflex again. It's much safer to have clear broths, barley water, or electrolyte drinks. If the vomiting is severe or doesn't stop in 24 hours, you should consult a doctor immediately instead of trying foods.
