Are sardines good for your liver?

My uncle recently had some liver issues, so I've been trying to find foods that are good for liver health. Are sardines beneficial for the liver?

I totally get it, worrying about liver health is so stressful. Sardines are actually wonderful because their omega-3 fats help reduce liver fat and inflammation. Take care of yourself, you are making good choices by researching this.

My doctor told me to eat more fatty fish like sardines when I was diagnosed with mild fatty liver last year. Along with cutting down on sugar, eating fish really helped improve my liver enzymes.

Beta, fish has always been considered good for internal organs because it is easy to digest. But along with sardines, please drink warm water with lemon in the morning to keep your liver clean and avoid oily foods.

In our family, we have always believed that small fish like sardines are a blessing for the liver and eyes. Eating them fresh with light home-cooked spices has kept my health very steady over the years.
