Are raspberries good for diabetics?

I'm a diabetic and always looking for fruits that I can enjoy without worrying too much about my sugar levels. I saw some fresh raspberries at the market today, they looked very tempting. Are raspberries a safe and good choice for diabetics?

Haan, they are actually amazing for diabetics, na. They have very low sugar and lots of fiber, so they don't spike your blood glucose levels. They are a bit expensive in India, but totally worth it for health.

I totally understand how terrifying it is to choose what to eat when you are constantly worried about your sugar levels spiking. Raspberries are actually one of the safest fruits you can eat without any anxiety because they are very low-glycemic.

They are a top-tier fruit for anyone managing insulin levels. Packed with fiber and antioxidants, they fit perfectly into a low-carb diet. Pair them with a handful of walnuts after your workout for a great snack.
