Are pretzels good after vomiting?

Kal raat se tabiyat theek nahin thi aur I ended up vomiting a couple of times. I'm feeling a bit better now but not sure what to eat that won't upset my stomach. Someone suggested pretzels. Are they good for recovery after vomiting?

I don't know much about this, but I've heard salty things help after stomach upset. Are pretzels soft enough to digest easily, or should we stick to simple rice water instead? I'm a bit nervous about trying new foods.

After vomiting, your body's digestive fire is very weak and needs gentle care. Plain pretzels can help restore lost sodium, but make sure to chew them very slowly. Drinking warm water with ginger also helps soothe the stomach.

In our family, we usually give buttermilk with a pinch of salt to recover after vomiting. However, my doctor says plain salted crackers or pretzels are also good because they are easy to digest and replace sodium. Just avoid anything spicy.

I have tried everything from lemon water to fennel seeds when my stomach was upset. Plain, dry pretzels are actually very good because they absorb excess stomach acid and aren't greasy. Just eat them slowly with small sips of water.

I totally get it, vomiting leaves you feeling so weak and the thought of food can be scary. Pretzels are great because they are bland and help settle your stomach without making you nauseous. Take it very slow, one small bite at a time.

Your body loses a lot of electrolytes when you throw up, so the salt on pretzels can actually help. Just stick to plain ones and avoid anything with cheese or artificial flavors. Keep your fluids high with ORS too.
