Are pomegranate seeds good for your liver?

My recent check-up showed my liver enzymes are a bit high, nothing serious but doc said to take care. I've heard that pomegranates are very good for health in general. So, I was wondering if their seeds are particularly beneficial for liver health?

Pomegranates are rich in antioxidants like punicalagins, which help reduce oxidative stress in liver tissues. My hepatologist told me that while they support liver health, they cannot cure fatty liver on their own. You still need to cut down on fried foods and sugars for real recovery.

Haan, anar to sach mein liver ke liye bahut badhiya hai! Hamare ghar pe dadi humesha kehti thi ki khoon saaf hota hai isse. Bas iska juice peene ki jagah seeds chaba ke khao, tabhi asli fayda milega na.

The antioxidants in them are solid for lowering inflammation, which indirectly helps your liver recover from toxic stress. But remember, no single superfood works magic if your overall diet is bad. Combine it with regular workouts and clean eating.

They definitely have protective properties for the liver because of their high nutrient profile. I usually pair my fruit intake with daily brisk walking for 30 minutes to keep my metabolism high. Just check with your doc if you have any severe liver issues before making big changes.
