Are pistachios good for your liver?

I'm trying to improve my overall health and have been paying more attention to what I eat. I know nuts are generally healthy, but I'm specifically curious about the liver. Are pistachios good for your liver?

I totally get it, worrying about liver health is scary. Pistachios are rich in antioxidants and healthy fats which are generally considered good for reducing fatty liver risks.

Yes, research tracked on my health app suggests that nuts like pistachios improve liver enzyme levels due to their high antioxidant content. Just log your daily calories so you don't overeat.

I had mild fatty liver last year and started eating a mix of walnuts and pistachios daily. My liver enzymes improved, but I also cut out sugar entirely, so I can't say it was just the nuts.

With our busy lifestyles, we eat too much junk that stresses the liver. Keeping pistachios at your office desk is an easy, healthy snack to avoid eating oily cafeteria food.

Nuts are good for fatty liver because of their healthy fats, but don't eat the fried and salted ones. Keep it simple, buy them raw, and eat a small handful daily.
