Are pistachios good for sleep?

I've been struggling with insomnia for a few months now, and I'm trying natural remedies before resorting to medication. I read online that certain foods can help with sleep. Are pistachios good for improving sleep?

My son used to have a lot of trouble sleeping during his board exams. I started giving him a small handful of pistas after dinner because they have natural melatonin, and it really helped him settle down.

With PCOS, my sleep cycle is always messed up. A few pistachios as a late-night snack help me sleep better without causing insulin spikes, though I don't rely only on them.

Yes, they contain high amounts of melatonin and magnesium, both of which are great for sleep quality. Just don't eat them right before sleeping; keep a gap of at least an hour.

Honestly, during exam season I munch on these instead of drinking coffee late at night. They definitely help me feel a bit relaxed and ready to crash.

My smart band showed an improvement in my deep sleep percentage after I started eating a few pistachios before bed. They are rich in B6 and magnesium, which supports sleep cycles.
