Are nuts good for your liver?

My doctor recently advised me to take better care of my liver. I'm trying to eat healthier these days. I was wondering if adding nuts to my daily diet could be beneficial for liver health.

Yes, indeed! Walnuts and almonds are packed with healthy fats and antioxidants that our liver absolutely loves. Just grab a small handful daily to keep your liver happy and healthy!

Nuts are high in unsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamin E, which have been shown to help improve liver enzyme levels, especially in fatty liver disease. Just make sure you are not eating heavily salted or fried varieties. Consult your physician for a proper dietary plan.

Eating a few soaked almonds and walnuts daily is a wonderful natural habit to support liver health. However, if you are experiencing any pain, yellow eyes, or severe digestive issues, please do not rely on home tips and see a doctor immediately.

Yes, research indicates that regular consumption of nuts is associated with a lower risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. They provide essential nutrients that reduce inflammation. However, you should still discuss this with your doctor, especially if you have an existing liver condition.

My doctor keeps telling me to swap my evening pakodas for a handful of walnuts to help my fatty liver, which is quite a sad deal for a foodie! But honestly, it does help. Just don't overdo the portion size because they are quite heavy.
