Are kind bars good for diabetics?

My father has diabetes and he loves snacking, so I'm always looking for healthier options for him. I saw 'Kind Bars' online, but I'm not sure if they're actually good for someone with sugar issues. Just want to make sure before I buy them.

Some of those bars have hidden sugars and honey which caused huge spikes for me. I had major complications because of eating processed snacks. Please check with your diabetologist before trying them.

They are quite expensive in India compared to local snacks. Before spending so much, buy a cheap glucometer and test your blood sugar before and after eating one to see if it actually suits you.

They have lower sugar than regular candy bars, but they still contain carbs and honey. A balanced approach is key, but getting personalized advice from your doctor or nutritionist is the safest route.

I was researching this for my grandfather. Actually, the ones with higher protein and fiber seem okay, but others have a lot of chocolate. It's better to read the back label very carefully.

Haan na, they look healthy but thoda sugar toh hota hi hai in packed items. Ghar ka dry fruits khana is much safer, but better to ask your doctor once.

Stay positive and take good care of your health, dear. Some of these bars have nuts which are good, but they also have sweeteners. It is always best to check with your doctor for peace of mind.
