Are kidney stones real stones?

My friend said kidney stones are literally like small rocks in your body. I'm having trouble imagining that. Are kidney stones real stones, like what you find on the ground?

They are not actual river stones, but they are very hard crystals made of minerals like calcium. I always tell people to drink lemon water and barley water to help prevent them naturally. However, if the pain is severe, please see a doctor immediately.

I was actually researching this recently! They aren't rocks from the ground, but rather highly concentrated mineral crystals that get hard like a stone. It's fascinating but sounds incredibly painful.

I just passed a 4mm stone last week and trust me, it feels and looks exactly like a real tiny stone! It was very hard and rough. Don't wait for the pain to get worse, consult a doctor as soon as you can.

They are solid mineral deposits that form inside, which is why they are called stones. Just keep your mind positive, take care of your body, and let the doctors help you dissolve or pass them safely.

They are hard mineral crystals, yes. If you suspect you have one, get a basic ultrasound done which is quite budget-friendly, around 800-1200 rupees. It is much better than waiting for an emergency.

I know how scary it sounds to think there are 'stones' inside you, I panicked so much when I first heard it. But they are just mineral buildups, and doctors handle them easily every day, so try not to stress too much.

They are actually crystallized minerals, so yes, they are super hard like little pebbles! Just drink lots of water so those tiny crystals don't get a chance to group together and form a real stone!

They are hard crystal formations of salt and minerals. Along with proper medical advice, practicing gentle breathing and drinking warm water daily helps the body stay balanced and clear of such blockages.
