Are kidney beans high in carbohydrates?

Trying to monitor my carb intake for health reasons, I know kidney beans are nutritious. But I'm not sure about their carbohydrate content. Are they considered high in carbs?

They do have a decent amount of carbs, though mostly fiber. When managing my thyroid, my doctor suggested getting regular blood tests and tracking my diet carefully to see how carbs affect my energy levels.

Haan, carbs hote hain isme par yeh koi maida nahi hai jo nuksan karega. Yeh acche aur healthy carbs hain jo sharir ko chalane ke liye chahiye hote hain.

Nature has balanced everything perfectly. The carbs in kidney beans give us steady energy to go about our day. Keep your mind calm and eat them with gratitude.

Yes, they are high in carbs compared to green veggies, but they're complex carbs. It's great fuel if you are active. If you sit at a desk all day, just control the quantity.

They contain about 22.8 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams, but a significant portion of that is dietary fiber. If you are on a strict low-carb diet, it's highly recommended to consult a nutritionist first.

Yeah, they have carbs, but honestly they are the good kind of complex carbs. Keeps me focused during long lectures, so I don't mind them at all!
