Are eggs good for fatty liver?

My doctor said I have fatty liver and advised me to make some dietary changes. I'm trying to figure out which foods are good to include. Are eggs something that could help or should I be cautious about them for fatty liver?

My doctor told me to cut down on fat because of my fatty liver, so now I look at egg yolks like they are the enemy! Egg whites are perfectly fine and actually quite healthy for the liver.

I am so sleep-deprived my liver is probably crying, but yes, egg whites are great. They are easy on the system and give you clean protein without any bad fats.

In my experience, eggs are beneficial, but yoga and pranayama are very important to improve sluggish liver function. Drink warm water in the morning and eat boiled eggs for strength.

Yes, they are! Eggs have choline which actually helps remove fat from the liver. Just keep them boiled and avoid oily preparations. You'll do great!

I totally get it, finding out you have fatty liver is so stressful and confusing. Don't worry, egg whites are very safe and won't harm your liver as long as you avoid fried food.

I have managed my health for decades with simple food. Eggs are very nourishing. Just eat them in moderation and don't worry too much, stress hurts the body more than food.

They are a good protein source, but lifestyle changes are key for fatty liver. Make sure you combine a clean diet of egg whites with at least 30 minutes of brisk walking every day.
