Are eggs good for diabetics?

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and now I'm completely confused about what to eat. Some people say eggs are good, while others warn against them because of cholesterol. I need some clarity if eggs are safe and good for diabetics.

I have both high BP and diabetes. Eggs are excellent because they don't have carbs, but I limit the yellow yolk to three times a week. Make sure you get regular checkups to monitor your cholesterol.

Yes, eggs are generally considered very safe and healthy for diabetics. They keep you full without raising your sugar levels, so you can enjoy them without worry.

If you have sugar cravings, eggs are a savior! I make a loaded egg white omelette with lots of onions, green chilies, and a tiny bit of cheese. It satisfies my taste buds and keeps sugar stable.

I ignored my borderline sugar levels for years and ended up with full-blown diabetes. Eggs are great, but please get a proper HbA1c test done and let a doctor guide your daily food intake.

My son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, and breakfast was a huge headache for us. Boiled eggs have been a lifesaver. They are highly nutritious, easy to prepare, and don't cause any sugar spikes.

I was reading some research online and it turns out eggs have a very low glycemic index. This means they are actually ideal for keeping blood sugar levels steady throughout the day.

I agree with everyone, eggs are very safe. Just try eating them boiled instead of frying them to keep it healthy.

I track all my meals and glucose on my health app. Whenever I eat eggs for breakfast, my blood sugar curve stays incredibly flat. They are definitely a solid choice for diabetic diets.

I get so anxious about sugar levels that I research every single bite. Eggs seem to be the most recommended food everywhere, so you can eat them, but maybe start with just whites to feel safer!
