Are eggs bad for your liver?

My father had some liver issues in the past, so I'm generally very conscious about foods affecting the liver. I often hear conflicting information about eggs. Could someone please tell me if they are potentially harmful for liver health?

I was actually reading a health blog about this yesterday. Eggs contain choline, which is supposed to be really beneficial for liver function. So they are definitely not bad in moderation.

As long as you don't have severe pre-existing liver issues, eggs are a very safe and quick source of protein. Just avoid eating heavy, oil-fried egg dishes if you want to keep your liver happy.

They are totally fine. To keep your liver healthy, focus more on cutting out refined sugar and processed foods, and try to get in at least 30 minutes of daily walking or cardio.

Hey, don't worry! Eggs are actually quite healthy. My dad had some liver stiffness last year and his doctor told him boiled eggs are perfectly fine, just to avoid extra oil and heavy spices.

Eggs are generally considered very nutritious and safe. Just try to enjoy them in simple boiled or poached forms, and don't stress too much about your health.
