Are dandruff combs good for your scalp?

I've been struggling with dandruff for a while now, and someone suggested trying a special dandruff comb. I'm worried it might be too harsh on my scalp. Are these combs actually effective and safe to use, or do they cause more damage?

I am always so scared of hurting my scalp with those sharp teeth. What if it causes tiny cuts and infections? Maybe try a soft silicone scalp massager instead, just to be on the safer side?

Sometimes dandruff is also linked to stress and high blood pressure. Combs only remove the flakes temporarily. You should focus on basic lifestyle changes and see a doctor to check your scalp health properly.

I tried using one of those fine-tooth dandruff combs and it literally irritated my scalp so badly. It just scratches the skin. Trust me, just get a proper anti-dandruff shampoo prescribed by a derm.

Using them very gently might help clear the visible flakes, but please don't use force. Regular washing with a gentle shampoo is much safer for your hair.

Instead of using harsh combs on your scalp, you should look at your diet. Eating less oily food and drinking enough water really helps reduce scalp dryness naturally from within.

Haan yaar, use toh kar sakte hain par bohot zor se mat ghisna scalp pe. Skin damage ho sakti hai na. Doctor se ek baar acche shampoo ke baare me pooch lo, vahi permanent treatment hai.

Don't scratch your scalp too hard with those combs, it can cause hair breakage and irritation. Just wash your hair regularly with a mild cleanser and keep your scalp clean. Be gentle with yourself.
