Are cucumbers good for your liver?

I've heard that cucumbers can be good for detoxifying the body, including the liver. I drink a lot of cucumber juice, hoping it helps. Is there any truth to this claim that cucumbers benefit liver health?

I was also reading about this recently because I want to keep my liver healthy. Are we supposed to eat cucumbers with the skin or peel them? If anyone knows, please tell.

Cucumbers have been part of our diet for generations to flush out heat from the body. Eating fresh food is good, but for liver care, you must also reduce heavy, fried foods and oil. Take care of your digestion.

Dude, don't stress too much about liver damage from regular veggies. Cucumbers are like 95% water, they are super safe and actually help hydrate your body. Just enjoy your salad!

Honestly, I eat a lot of fast food, so my mom makes me eat cucumbers to 'detox' my system. I don't know the exact science, but it definitely makes my stomach feel much lighter.

Calm down, there is no need to worry. Cucumbers are very mild and absolutely safe for the liver. Unless you have a specific medical condition, they are just a healthy, refreshing vegetable.

During my liver infection, even some raw foods didn't suit me because my digestion was very weak. It's best to consult your doctor before making dietary changes if you already have liver issues.

Cucumbers are great, especially with a bit of lemon and chaat masala! It keeps the stomach cool after eating heavy biryani or butter chicken over the weekend. Definitely good for you.
