Are cucumbers bad for your liver?

I've started including a lot more cucumbers in my salads and juices because I thought they were very detoxifying. Recently, someone mentioned that eating too many might actually be bad for the liver. Is there any scientific basis for this concern?

Honestly, I don't think cucumbers are bad at all, they are mostly just water. I eat them daily in my salads. But don't believe everything on social media, better to ask a real dietitian if you have some liver issues.

Cucumbers are super hydrating and great for post-workout. If your doctor allows regular physical activity, combining light daily walks with a clean diet really helps your body filter things out naturally.

If cucumbers were bad for the liver, half of India's salad-eating population would be in trouble by now! Relax, it's just a cooling veggie. Unless you are planning to survive only on cucumbers, you are totally fine.

I totally get it, when we hear random health rumors online, it makes us overthink every single meal. Cucumbers are actually very gentle on the stomach. Take it easy and don't stress too much about this.

Haan, bilkul tension mat lo, kheera toh sabse safe hota hai. Summer me toh hum kitna khate hain na. Agar koi severe liver issue hai, toh doc se consult karlo, otherwise normal salad toh healthy hi hai.

I was diagnosed with fatty liver last year and had the same doubt. My doctor actually told me to eat more cucumbers because of the water content and low calories. It worked really well for my recovery.
