Are copper bracelets good for arthritis?

My hands and knees have been aching quite a bit recently due to arthritis. Someone at the temple told me to try wearing a copper bracelet for relief. I'm wondering if there's any truth to this claim, or if it's just an old wives' tale.

Honestly, there is no solid scientific evidence that copper bracelets help with arthritis pain. It is better to spend your time and money on a proper physiotherapy session.

I kept reading about these online because my mom's wrist pain was getting so bad. Some people say they work, but I worry it is just a placebo effect and we might be delaying actual treatment.

Many elderly people wear them out of faith, but they don't replace medicine. I hope you find some relief from your joint pain soon.

I wore one for two years hoping my knee pain would stop, but nothing happened. Gentle oil massages and proper exercises under a doc's guidance are what actually helped me.

Wearing a bracelet won't do much if there is inflammation inside the body. Focus on eating anti-inflammatory foods like ginger, turmeric, and fresh vegetables instead.

It is pure pseudoscience. Don't waste your money on copper rings or bracelets; go see a rheumatologist and get a proper diagnosis.

No, clinical studies show they don't actually relieve pain. Better to consult an orthopedist for medical treatment.
