Are chia seeds good for your liver?

My doctor recently advised me to focus on improving my liver health. I'm wondering if incorporating chia seeds into my daily diet would be beneficial for it. Are chia seeds good for your liver?

Instead of spending 2000 rupees on fancy liver detox supplements, buying a simple pack of chia seeds for 150 rupees is much smarter. But first, get a basic LFT test done from a local lab to see if there's actually any fatty liver issue.

My health tracker app actually recommended adding chia seeds to my diet to improve my lipid profile, which indirectly helps liver health. They are packed with antioxidants that help reduce fat deposition in the liver. Definitely log them in your daily food diary!

They are indeed beneficial because they help lower cholesterol and reduce liver fat. However, remember that eating chia seeds won't help if we keep eating oily fried food. Balance your whole diet along with these seeds for best results.

Yes, they are great! They help clean out toxins and keep the liver happy. 🥤 Just soak them in water with a dash of lemon for a refreshing drink!

I know how scary it feels when you are worried about your liver health, I went through the same phase last year. Don't stress too much. Chia seeds are very gentle and safe for the liver, so you can start taking them without fear.
