Are chia seeds good for rheumatoid arthritis?

My joints hurt a lot because of rheumatoid arthritis, and I'm always looking for natural remedies. My granddaughter told me chia seeds can help with inflammation. Are chia seeds good for rheumatoid arthritis?

Honestly I was so stressed when my joints started aching and I spent nights googling remedies. I started having chia seeds every morning in curd thinking it was a magic cure. It didn't cure it overnight, but they are quite good for inflammation, so don't worry too much and just include them in your diet calmly.

As vegetarians, we often lack omega-3 which is crucial for fighting arthritis inflammation. Chia seeds are a brilliant plant-based source for this. Just make sure you soak them properly for at least 15-20 minutes before consuming so they digest well.

Yes, they definitely help with joint inflammation because of omega-3. Do try incorporating them daily.

Don't just rely on internet trends for serious issues like rheumatoid arthritis. Chia seeds are fine for general health, but please consult your rheumatologist before changing your diet or hoping it cures your pain. Self-treatment rarely works for autoimmune stuff.

These new seeds are good, but in our times we used to have soaked methi seeds or a little warm turmeric milk for joint pain. You can try chia seeds as they are cooling, but don't ignore the proper medicines your doctor has given you. Take care of your health first.

My pg roommate actually takes them with lemon water for her joint stiffness. She says it makes her feel a bit lighter and less stiff in the mornings. Worth a shot na, simple to make anyway!
