Haan, cherry tomatoes toh diabetics ke liye bohot hi badiya hain! Inka glycemic index bohot low hota hai aur fiber bhi accha hota hai na. Salad mein thoda sa dalkar roz kha sakte ho, koi tension nahi hai.

Absolutely yes! 🍅 Cherry tomatoes are low in carbs and packed with lycopene, which is super healthy. They make a perfect snack to munch on without worrying about sugar spikes!

I totally get it, trying to find snacks that don't mess with your blood sugar can feel like a constant battle. Cherry tomatoes are actually a fantastic option because they are very low in sugars and calories. You can comfortably add them to your daily diet.

Honestly, I was diagnosed with prediabetes last year and started eating cherry tomatoes as a snack instead of biscuits. My blood sugar levels stayed completely stable and they taste great with a little chat masala. Just go for it, they are safe.

I have been managing my diabetes for over twenty years now, and simple vegetables are our best friends. Cherry tomatoes are excellent because they are low in carbohydrates and high in essential nutrients. Eat them raw in your salads without any worry.
