Are cherries ok for diabetics?

I've been diabetic for many years now and always look for fruits that are safe to eat. My wife bought some cherries, and I'm wondering if they are okay for my sugar levels. Are cherries ok for diabetics?

I was diagnosed with borderline diabetes last year and was so scared of fruits. My dietician actually told me to eat cherries because they have antioxidants that help. I just count them and eat about 10 cherries as an evening snack, and my glucose levels have stayed absolutely normal.

Nature has provided us with beautiful foods to heal ourselves, and cherries are one of them. They are low in sugar and very pure, so they are fine for diabetes in moderation. Just keep your mind peaceful, stay positive, and take good care of your health daily.

Bro, honestly, my dad has diabetes and he eats cherries sometimes without any issues. They have a low glycemic index, so they don't spike blood sugar like crazy. Just don't go eating a whole kilo at once, keep the portion small.

I always believe natural fruits are better than any sweet cravings. Cherries are great for diabetics because of their low glycemic load. However, if your fasting sugars are regularly spiking, please don't just rely on home remedies and visit your doctor immediately.

Haan, bilkul ok hain! Cherries ka glycemic index bahut low hota hai, toh isse sugar level ekdum se upar nahi jata na. Bas ek bowl bhar ke mat khana, limited quantity mein enjoy karo aur tension free raho.
