Are cbd drinks bad for your liver?

My friends have been talking about trying CBD drinks for stress. I'm concerned about any side effects. Are CBD drinks bad for your liver?

I try to be very careful with what I consume because of my PCOS, and honestly, the research on CBD and liver health is still a bit unclear. High doses have been linked to liver strain in some studies. Please discuss it with a doctor before making it a regular habit.

Our livers already do so much heavy lifting with all the festive sweets and street food we eat! While an occasional drink might not hurt, consuming CBD excessively is probably not a great gift for your liver. Modaration is key, and maybe check with a doc first.

I am quite new to these wellness drinks and was thinking of trying them for stress. Is the liver risk only for people who drink them every day, or can even occasional use cause issues? I would love to hear if anyone's doctor has advised them on this.

I panicked completely when I read a random article saying CBD ruins the liver, but my doctor reassured me that low, occasional doses are generally tolerated well by healthy adults. Just don't overdo it, and definitely talk to a healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing liver issues.

Actually, some reports say very high doses of CBD can affect liver enzymes, yaar. I wouldn't recommend replacing your normal drinks with these daily. Better to be safe and ask a medical professional before experimenting too much.
