Are cavities inevitable?

I brush and floss regularly, but I still seem to get cavities. Is it just something that's bound to happen, like, are cavities inevitable?

Haan, log sochte hain ki age ke saath cavities toh hongi hi, but proper hygiene se prevent ho sakti hain, na. Regular cleaning and sweet control makes a huge difference, honestly.

I used to think cavities were just a normal part of life, but my brother has never had a single one. It made me realize that with the right habits and genetic luck, they can definitely be avoided.

No, they are definitely not inevitable. With consistent oral hygiene and regular checkups, you can absolutely prevent them.

They aren't inevitable at all, but ignoring slight tooth sensitivity will definitely lead to them. I ignored a minor ache and ended up needing a major dental treatment. Go get a routine checkup to catch things early!

I tried everything from neem twigs to oil pulling to prevent them, and while they help keep gums healthy, some cavities still happened. Practically speaking, a mix of natural care and prompt dental visits is the best way to handle it.
