Are cancer lump painful?

A few weeks ago, I found a small lump under my armpit. It doesn't hurt at all, which is making me wonder if it's serious. Do cancerous lumps always cause pain or not?

Hey, don't stress too much about this. Actually, many times cancer lumps are completely painless, but any new lump should always be checked by a doctor just to be 100% safe. Get it looked at so you can stop worrying.

Often, these lumps do not cause any pain in the beginning, which is why we must be very mindful of our bodies. Along with your regular breathing exercises and clean living, please visit a doctor for a proper scan if you notice any unusual growth. Early checkups are the best path to peace.

Most cancerous lumps are actually painless, but please don't take a chance. You must get any new lump examined by a doctor immediately.

Yes, I agree with others that they are typically painless in the early stages. Please book an appointment with a general surgeon or physician as soon as possible to get an ultrasound or mammogram done.

Honestly, I have been doomscrolling medical articles instead of sleeping, and they all say most of these lumps don't hurt at first. Save yourself from this sleepless anxiety and just see a doctor tomorrow morning to get it cleared up.

Haan na, mostly they don't pain at all, and that is why people neglect them for a long time. It is better not to wait for pain to start and just show it to a doctor at the hospital soon.

They are usually painless, but dealing with my thyroid nodules taught me that any growth needs proper diagnostic testing like an ultrasound. Please don't wait for it to hurt; go for a clinical checkup and follow up regularly.

According to the medical databases I've tracked, cancerous lumps are typically hard and painless. But self-exams are just a starting point, so you should log your symptoms and consult a doctor for an official clinical breast exam or biopsy.

Many of these lumps are painless, which makes them easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. While you are keeping up with your daily walks and healthy habits, make sure to schedule a doctor's consultation to get any new lump tested properly.
