Are boiled eggs good for diabetics?

I have diabetes and I'm looking for healthy breakfast options that won't spike my sugar. I often eat boiled eggs. Are they a good food choice for managing blood sugar levels?

Yes, they are absolutely amazing for diabetics! 🥚 Eggs have almost zero carbs, so they won't spike your sugar levels at all. My uncle regularly eats them as a morning snack and his reports are great!

They are a very good source of natural protein and completely safe. You can also have a cup of warm water with cinnamon powder in the morning to help manage sugar. But please keep taking your regular diabetes medicines as prescribed by your doctor.

Yes, eggs are generally recommended due to low carbs and high protein. However, if you also have high cholesterol or cardiovascular concerns, the endocrinologists at Apollo advise limiting the yolk. Do ask your doctor for a personalized diet chart.

I completely understand the anxiety of checking every single food item after a diabetes diagnosis, it feels so overwhelming. Please rest assured, boiled eggs are very safe and actually quite stable for your blood sugar levels. You can eat them without worry.

Haan bilkul, boiled eggs toh best hain sugar patients ke liye. Isme protein achha hota hai aur sugar badhne ka koi darr nahi hota, na? Bas roz ek ya do khao, zyada overload mat karna.
