Are beets good for liver health?

My recent health check-up showed some high liver enzymes, and I'm trying to improve my liver health through diet. I was told that beets are very good for the liver. Can anyone confirm if this is true?

Yes, beetroots are excellent for the liver because they help reduce fat accumulation and inflammation. But don't expect them to cure a bad lifestyle. Cut down on alcohol and junk food too, otherwise just eating beets won't help.

According to several clinical studies, the antioxidants in beets help reduce liver enzymes. I log beetroot juice in my daily nutrition tracker as it really helps with detoxification and stamina. It's a great addition to your diet.

For busy professionals, making beetroot juice daily can be a hassle. I just buy pre-washed beetroots, slice them up, and have them with office lunch. It's an easy, time-saving way to keep your liver healthy.

Hey! Beetroots are indeed amazing for liver health because they help with detox and reduce inflammation. I love making a simple beetroot and carrot salad with a dash of lemon juice, it is super tasty and healthy.

In our household, we often use beetroot in our side dishes as my mother says it cleanses the blood and helps the liver. However, for any specific liver condition, it is always best to consult your doctor for a proper treatment plan.

Beets are great for liver detox, but combining them with regular physical activity is key. A daily 30-minute brisk walk helps burn liver fat very effectively. Do check with your doctor before starting any intense workout routine.

My doctor told me that beets contain betaine, which protects the liver from oxidative stress and helps process fats. It's highly beneficial, but if you have a history of kidney stones, limit the quantity due to high oxalates.

I was diagnosed with mild fatty liver last year and started including beetroot salad in my meals daily. Along with cutting out sugar, this really helped improve my liver enzymes in my latest reports. It definitely works!
