Are beets good for kidneys and liver?

My doctor advised me to eat more foods that support my liver and kidneys. I've heard good things about beets, but I'm not sure if they are beneficial for both organs. Are beets good for kidneys and liver?

Beetroot is a very budget-friendly way to keep your liver healthy because of its antioxidants. For kidneys, it is good too, unless you have kidney stones. It's a simple, cheap solution to add to your daily lunch plate.

As a pure vegetarian, I look at beets as a powerhouse of nutrients that naturally support liver detox enzymes. But please remember that dietary balance is key. If you have any underlying kidney concerns, limit your oxalate intake and talk to a dietitian.

Actually yaar, beets are amazing for liver health, they help with detox and all. But for kidneys, if you have stone issues, then avoid them because they are high in oxalates. Just keep it balanced and don't overdo it, yaar.

My family doctor explained that beets contain betalains, which help reduce liver inflammation and support detox. However, because of their high oxalate levels, they can increase the risk of kidney stones. So, they are great for the liver, but kidney patients must be cautious.

Chukandar khana jigar ke liye toh bohot hi badiya bataya jata hai, isse khoon saaf hota hai. Par kidney ke liye thoda dhyan rakhna padta hai. Garmiyo mein khub paani pijiye aur taaja chukandar hi khaiye.
